These Terms govern the use of the Histeva web application.
By using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the application.

Hereinafter referred to as the "operator" or "we".
Histeva is a digital tool designed for personal record-keeping of meals, symptoms, notes and other related entries.
The application allows users to enter their own data, review their entry history and view simple overviews based on the data they have entered into the application themselves.
Histeva is intended solely as an information and record-keeping tool for the user's own use.
Histeva is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, healthcare service or substitute for professional medical care.

Information and overviews in the application are for general guidance and record-keeping purposes only.
If you have health concerns, suspect a food intolerance, experience a deterioration in your health or have acute symptoms, consult a doctor or another qualified professional.
In the event of acute or life-threatening health problems, contact emergency medical services.
Registration, a valid email address and, where applicable, an invitation code may be required to use the application.
The user must provide accurate information and protect their login credentials against misuse.
The application is intended for persons over the age of 16.
The operator may temporarily restrict or terminate an account if these Terms are breached, the application is misused, security is threatened or there is another serious reason.
The application may be provided during beta testing or ongoing development.
The user acknowledges that the application may contain errors, incomplete features or temporary limitations.
The beta version is intended for testing, verifying functionality and collecting feedback. Application features may change.
The user agrees to:
The user is responsible for the content they enter into the application.
The user retains their rights in the entries they enter into the application.
The user grants the operator permission to process this data to the extent necessary to operate the application, store entries, display overviews and provide application features.

The application allows users to record symptoms, food reactions and other notes that may relate to their health.
These entries are intended solely for the user's personal record-keeping.
Histeva does not use this data to make a diagnosis, provide a medical conclusion or recommend a specific treatment or dietary plan.
Interpretation of health-related data is the responsibility of the user and, where appropriate, their doctor or another qualified professional.
The application may contain general information about foods, ingredients, biogenic amines, histamine or other related topics.
This information is for general guidance and informational purposes only. It is not individual medical or nutritional advice.
Food tolerance may vary between individuals and may depend on quantity, freshness, storage, processing, health status and other factors.
The user acknowledges that information in the application is not intended to serve as the sole basis for decisions concerning health status, treatment or dietary regime.
The application's content, design, texts, structure, code, database and other elements are protected by law.
Without the operator's prior written consent, it is not permitted to copy, download, automatically extract, distribute, modify or commercially exploit the application's content, database or any substantial part of it.
This does not affect the user's rights in their own entries entered into the application.
We aim to keep the application available and functioning properly. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or compatibility with all devices and browsers.
We may modify, expand, restrict or temporarily suspend the application due to maintenance, security or development.
The application is provided on an as-available basis.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions that a user makes solely on the basis of information or overviews displayed in the application without consulting a qualified professional.
The operator is not liable for misuse of the application, data entered incorrectly by the user, or health-related or other decisions made without professional consultation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
The user may stop using the application at any time.
Account deletion or a request for erasure of personal data can be handled through the application, where this feature is available, or by email at info@histeva.com.
After the account is terminated, personal data will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the Privacy Policy unless there is a legal basis for retaining it for longer.
We may update these Terms.
The current version will always be available at histeva.com. We may inform users of material changes by email or directly in the application.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
